Beyond the Surface

Holistic Assessment: The whole house is important. We inspect the whole house and the most commonly missed problems from other inspections.
Our checklist includes:
- Gutters and Roof: Chipped tiles, water stains, and all perimeter gutters.
- Exterior: Siding, windows, door quality, and stormwater drainage.
- Interior: Walls, ceilings, floors, and coverups.
- Foundation: Cracks, settling, and moisture intrusion. -
Active Observation: We notice where problems will become visible and test areas where water ingress occurs. This tells us what will be a problem to you in the future. - Reporting with Recommendations: We give final assessments and prices of what we find, and can even be the builder to repair the faults. We explain findings, and recommend any priority repairs.
